Most people were in a panic after the Great Shift and quick to explore their new bodies, but Elliot was trying to hold as perfectly still as he could. He could clearly tell he was in a body that was not his own, and he could obviously tell it was a woman’s body. He could also tell that his new body was wearing a dress that left very little to the imagination. With one wrong move, he’d be exposing his new flesh to the crowd all around. He was even afraid to simply uncross his legs!

He could tell plenty of people really didn’t care. And he supposed some people might be concerned about what would be considered ‘violating’ to the original owner of this body -- but as far as he was concerned, if he was the one controlling it, this body was his! And he was already feeling a sense of modesty and protection for his own benefit!
