Abigail’s friends had warned her about dating Tom. They were even more wary when she let him move in with her. She kept telling them he was much nicer around her when he was alone with her when compared to when his guy friends would be around. Her friends were proved right after they caught him making out with another girl. This lead to a big fight between Abigail and Tom were he retreated to the gym he had set up in the basement, and she just sat up in the bedroom crying, wishing that Tom just understood her a little bit better.

After several hours of tears, she went down to the basement, knowing she was the one who would have to apologize. She was always the one who had to apologize. But before she could she heard Tom’s voice.

“Hey, Abby, I’m sorry,” It’s was Tom’s voice, but different...it was like he was trying to feign the voice of a gay man. Then she looked at him. Her jaw dropped.

It sort of still looked like Tom. It was certainly his face, but it was covered in makeup, he had a cute feminine haircut and clothes. Those were certainly real breasts on his chest too!

“What...happened to you?” Abigail asked.

“I realized I said some mean things. I’m sorry. You were so nice to let me stay with you when I lost my apartment, but I’ve been a terrible roommate an a worse friend. But I hope we’re still besties? Maybe I can buy you a few drinks tonight, and we can pick up some guys.”

“Guys. Sure. You’re into that?”

“Haha, very funny, Abby! You know my sisters always made fun of me for being a tomboyish girl growing up. I was never as cute as them,” She looked bothered for a moment before collecting herself, “Okay, I get it. I deserved that for earlier. We even now?”

“Yeah.” Abigail said flatly, still weirded out by this, “We’re even now, and of course we’re still besties. Let’s head out to pick up some guys, I guess?”
