Dear patron,

We are extremely pleased to welcome you as a new member of our constantly growing community. Your support allows us to create entire ranges of Sci-Fi and Fantasy miniatures without worrying about getting food in our plate at the end of the month and for that, we simply cannot thank you enough!

Now you might have (more than) a few question about the way we do things on this Patreon and you want answers. The F.A.Q. below will give you just that!

Let us know in the comment section of this post if there is an issue we have not addressed and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

Without further ado, let us dig into it!

The one F.A.Q to rule them all:

• When are the releases ready ?

The releases are usually published between the 10th and the 15th of the month. The reason behind that choice is that we only share the files when both releases are ready (i.e. pre-supported and uploaded to the drive).

As we make a monthly update to the two release posts (Sci-Fi and Fantasy), we will send you a notification. Make sure that you allowed Patreon to send you notifications (Settings > Email notifications).

• How do I access the current release ?

The releases are split into two different posts: the Sci-Fi post and the Fantasy post. You can find those on our homepage, just below the search engine of the "Latest posts" section. On each post you will find the link to the current Welcome pack, the link to the corresponding release, various links like the pre-release miniatures for the monthly painting contest and the monthly MMF discount code.

Note that the google drive link to the current release will disappear on the first day of the following month so do not forget to click on said link at least once to add it to your "shared with me" files on Google Drive.

• Where do I access my previous releases ?

A stated above, even though the link is gone from patreon, the miniatures will remain available on Google drive for some time. That being said, we highly recommend you create an account on MyMiniFactory using the same email address as you used for your Patreon account.

About a week after the miniatures are released, we will invite you through MMF to redeem your miniatures. Those miniatures will be added to the "Shared with me" section of your digital library.

If you subsribed after we downloaded the patron list, you will obviously not receive the invitation on MMF. Worry not as we will perform the exact same process at the beginning of the following month for those of you who joined between the first wave and the end of the month.

• How can I get the releases I missed?

If you want to get your hands on our previous releases, you will have to purchase them through our MMF store. The good news is, as a Patron you are entitled to a 50% discount. You will find the monthly code on the same post as the release.

• How can I get the loyalty rewards.

That's an easy one, you do not have to do anything. If you have been supporting us for more than 3 or 6 months, we will share the corresponding reward with you directly on MyMiniFactory.

• Do you have a Discord?

We do, and it is a lovely place! If you have linked your discord account to your Patreon, the bot will automatically add you to our server. If you have not, you can do it quite easily by going to the settings > More > Connected apps > Discord.

• Do you have a merchant tier?

Unfortunately we do not offer a merchant tier at the moment. Things might change someday but when that is the case, you will be the first to know.

• I have a problem, how can I contact you ?

We are always delighted to chat with our wonderful patrons! The best place to do so is through our Discord server. There, every topic has its own channel and you are sure to talk with the person who can help you (and it is also way faster).
