Playnite 9 backlog finalized (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

Thank you for voting in Playnite 9 feature prioritization polls. You can find results bellow. I've added four top voted features to the Playnite 9 milestone and two top voted SDK features. It was a tie for library integrations, so I made executive decision to include Game Jolt instead of Bluestacks.
