Swell Tales update (Patreon)

Major feature update here! I've added contests! These babies are AUTOMATED and set to build themselves around holidays and times of the year. They also build themselves to have dynamic requirements such as what has to expand, what's causing it, as well as some prop to play a role. You can see all these details on the second screenshot on the tale submission page. Admins are also able to see these auto-generated contests before they go live and make any changes in case we want something special.

The top 3 winners of a contest receive special awards that show on their profile page, as well as on the story itself. They also get a boost in karma (cup size), and bragging rights. These awards will be some art we draw later on, hopefully unique to each holiday/event. The image that's in use now is just a placeholder.
