Swell Tales updates (Patreon)

Been spending a lot of time getting public stories uploaded to the site as we near a release! Somebody wrote a buttload of button busters... But in doing so I've come across a couple bugs that have been fixed. You'll also notice that tags can now include underscores. I've also added a 'Tale History' view so users can see their history of tales they've read. You can find this under the account options. Obviously past data hasn't been tracked, but future reads will be included.
