Okay, let's do this! It is Saturday – greetings from Tokyo, we've made it to Tokyo!

And Trevor was dropping things and washing, he was getting ready for the day...and I thought I'd record my 5-minute update. This one's probably gonna post a little but early, but the last one is a little bit late, so, hopefully that... it's fine for you.

But yeah, the trip to Japan has been going pretty well...we've just finished our first leg of the journey, which was skiing throughout Hokkaido (“No”, he (Trevor) says).

So we went to...Hokkaido was the island to the north and it was very cold compared to here. Here it's like 16 degrees, it's spring. Up there I was wearing thermals and, like, a hat and I had, like, hand-warmers, I was really cold. Some of the days when we were skiing it was negative 16 -17 (I don't remember), it was cold. It was so cold.

So...be careful with that chair, that's where camera stands, oh my goodness, now you're nudging it...So we skied Asahidake, which we had one cable car going up and that was cool, then we skied Tomamu, which would have been cool if they had any snow, but there was no snow, it was like ice, it was bad, we gave up. Then we skied Rusutsu, we skied Niseko - one and a half days.

And than we had this crazy madcap adventure trying to get back to Tokyo yesterday, so we've decided to be adventurous and ski a half-day before our flight. But we underestimated how much time it would take to drive back to Sapporo, and...it was like...driving like a bat out of hell through tunnels, like weaving through traffic, we've got pulled over by the cops and then we were like running to the airport and we did it, we got on our flight and we made it here. And our two traveling friends are now in Nagano, we're gonna meet them tomorrow, but today I am going to the Ghibli museum! Ghibli museum...I am so pumped!

The travelogue's been going okay...you guys can see a little preview of it so far...so I am doing it in black, white, blue and red, but, as you can see, it's still pretty sketchy in most of the pages. We've been spending...oh this one's really bad! We've been spending a lot of time...basically our rhythm has been like: get up early in the morning, get ready in kind of like a mad dash, drive to the hills, ski all day, drive home, shower and bed! It's been so exhausting, leaving everything on the slopes and...yeah, just being in cars. It's not really conducive to driving, so I'm little bit stressed about how far behind I am, but the next likely adventure we're gonna be going through more of Japan and hopefully we'll be spending more time on trains - a lot more time to catch up on this.

That's the plan anyway, but things don't always go to plan, we'll see. I think that's all I have to say, I will do another little clip of what's been going on after this and I will talk to you guys next week! Okay, bye!
