I'm not veg, but I'm pro more-veg diets in principle (even if I don't really practice that much). IME vegetarian food is delicious when it's not trying to be meat (and failing). Tofurcon (or whatever) will never be bacon so don't waste your time, but like falafel or greek salad are delicious in their own rights! Greek salad aside/rant: greek salad doesn't have lettuce in it. Don't be tricked into thinking every salad has lettuce in it! ;P
