OK, we finally get some Karen backstory. Karen, a drug dealer, wow!. She has hinted she had a dark past. I'm assuming when she said in earlier episode she has killed before that she was referring to her feeling responsible for her brothers death. Fact is, while she is partly to blame, her brother was in the wrong too. Arson was not the answer to her problem. I'm glad Matt made right decision to go to the church to stop Dex instead of staying to kill Kingpin. Awww, I liked the Father. He was a good character. Went out like a real hero. Taking that nightstick to the chest for Karen. I agree, I don't know why Matt is having so many issues with fighting Dex. I got it when they were far apart. Dex has advantage then with his throwing skill. (the guy never misses). But close up, Matt should have advantage. Unless its his self doubt still bothering him or maybe recent injuries. Karen to the rescue, knocks Dex off balcony, nice. She needs to teach Matt how to fight. She kicked ass all over this episode. She f**ked up that guy that tried to rob her during drug deal, shot her ex boyfriend, then took out Dex. I knew as soon as they panned away from Dex's body on floor, he'd be gone when they looked back. Trope.

In the comics Dex (aka bullseye) Kills Karen in the church and the final panel is Matt cradling her body. they reversed it for the show so fans were heavily prepared for Karen to die according to the comics. they give her a flashback, a episode judt for her. she tries ti hide from her fate in the church, she attends mass. Then when Bullseye attacks she acceots her fate ad is willing to die to protect the othe church goers. ever he good shepherd Fr Lantom blocks the weapon with his iwn chest. Father lantom was an ideal human, charitable, wise, kind, non violent and yet he gave his life for Karen page....... lets charitable and say she wasnt saintlike. Drug use.dealing, vehiculalr manslaughter, thats just the crimes that are public. James Wesley for example. reminds me of christ, a extremely morl and inda man willing to suffer and die fir the sake of others, whether deserve it on not
