I think cloning is not a good idea. Especially since the world is so overpopulated already. In 1999, we were at 6 billion. Now, it's about 8.1 billion. Cloning people and adding to the birthrate will not help things. Morally though, I think it depends on the reason. If someone is trying to resurrect a loved one like in this episode, I don't think it justifies it. What would? I guess we will know when someone comes up with a good reason, because honestly, I haven't heard one yet.

1. Ling... Grabbing a guys head and jamming it into your boobs?? That's a lawsuit waiting to happen ....Buuuuuttt you're lucky... It's Richard we're talking about here ...Dude is probably just acting upset 2. HA! Larry doing the slomo walk to mess with Ling... Priceless! That's the humour I wanna see! 3. Aaaah ok... I'm halfway in this episode and I was wondering why the title was "In Search Of Barry White" ....That mofo hadn't shown up yet ...I thought he'd be part of a court case or something but nah... It's John.. He's lost his mojo 4. Ok... I'm not a fucking genius when it comes to cloning... Buuuuutttt.. Zapping an embryo next to some cells of some deceased person??? Yeah I'm gonna purchase a full stock worth of keyboards and put some in pre-order and when they've all arrived and I've got them all unboxed.. I'mma press ALL. the "F"'s on every single one of them bitches to doubt... That's a lot of F's! .....Whoever wrote this episode....... Did they go on to write techno babble for Arrowverse??? Cause this is the kinda shit we'd see on The Flash and Supergirl 5. Soooooo... Why IS. John not feeling his "inner-Barry White"?? Is it he's getting rusty?? Or is it cause he's going up against Larry... The boyfriend of his best friend... A woman he once admitted to love ...Does he feel intimidated by Larry in some way cause of this?? Or does he know the future?? That you can't beat Tony Stark? 6. I can't root for Ling and Jackson ....This whole storyline makes no sense ...They end up working together and they keep bringing up this whole "We slept together one night a few years ago" ...Basically followed by "How come you're not into me" ...It was a one night stand! I could understand if they had been in a relationship for a while but the fact that they only slept together ONCE. a long fucking time ago.... This is drama for the sake of drama ...They don't have anything better to do for Ling's character?? 7. Also speaking about some side-lined characters ...What's up with Nelle and her online boyfriend?? What's that all about?? And Elaine STILL. is gushing over Jackson AND. now ALSO. has an online fling??? ....And why is Mark still around??? Dude just pops up a few times out of nowhere to check if John has his mojo back yet ...There's no point to his character being there ....I feel like this show doesn't know what to do with most of it's characters ....Hell even Ally is often just a side-character during trials 8. Honestly... I don't see the problem with cloning ...!!IF!! it's done with consent ...And the fact we could save lives by cloning certain organs and body parts ..Why AREN'T we doing this?!? ....Oh that's right... Cloning a person would mean we'd be creating life... And there's well over a billion nutjobs who'd all have something to say against that.. Claiming it'd go against the laws put forth by whatever deity they're worshopping ....UGH I fucking hate religion... It has kept us back for far too long 9. You: "It'd be weird ...The guy is gonna be cloning the wife.. And she's going to be a child" ....Teeeechnically yes... Like... Even IF. this is a form of cloning where by the end of the process the clone would have the same adult form appearance of the dead wife.. Technically this clone would still be several days or weeks old (we lack the actual technology to clone humans as far as I know so I'm going by science fiction rules here) ....I think cloning an ACTUAL. person would never result in this guy getting his wife back.. The clone would be either an empty husk or a person who'd look identical but would have the mind of a new-born child.. UNLESS.. They were somehow able to also transfer his wife's conscience to the clone (think The Asgard) ...THEN. and only THEN. would the clone NOT. be a child but it'd actually be the dead wife in a clone body (we most decidedly DON'T have that technology) ....And humanity would have reached the point where we could live forever .....Whiiiiiiich is another reason religious people are against cloning ...But this case wasn't about religion.. It was more about consent ....And again.. IF. a person doesn't consent to be cloned then I think that should be respected
