When you said that this movie traumatized you, I knew it was probably due to that scene. It is an out of left field moment of gore in an otherwise light-hearted movie. To think, if only it didn't have that one part, you would have been fine and not developed a fear of zombies.

Personally I always cover my eyes at that scene, too gross for me. What helps me is to think about how they did the prosthetics on the actor to do such a visual effect. A bit less gross for me that way.
