I don't know if it was written for this reason, but I've always thought this would've been a good just-in-case Series Finale if they knew they were going to get canceled. In the episode, we check in with all the characters, had a mini clip show, everyone literally says goodbye, and we toss it back to SG-1 at the end. Then, maybe the next season of SG-1 can be like "The Journey to Atlantis" or something.

Since it's a decent chunk of the episode, I give you the translation for what Zelenka said in his video. Paragraph breaks are my own, for ease of reading. There is a "failsafe" mechanism on the ocean floor. With big power it ripped off the anchor of town from the bottom of ocean. We were ... we were afraid ... were ... were ... we were afraid. Unbelievable. What is happening, and that noise. The whole city was trembling as if it was an earthquake. That was something unbelievable. And suddenly we were moving. All the city was ascending, ascending up, up to the surface. That, that was something unbelievable. And the towers punched through the surface of water and we were going up, up. Waters, waves, waterfalls. All that water was falling down from that heights and we were shot up, absolutely on the top, and suddenly sun. Sun was simply shining to all windows. I will remember it to my death.

This is correct, although a very literal translation. The monologue actually sounds perfectly natural and grammatical in Czech :)

Fun fact: David Nykl, who plays Dr. Zelenka, used to have a blog called "Letters from Pegasus" - named after this episode - where he would post behind-the-scenes photos etc. It's still online but obviously may contain spoilers :)
