To answer your question, there will be 6 episodes total and it's supposed to be a mini series, so apparently only one season. Unless of course it becomes super popular and people want more. I think it was an interesting first episode. They tell you enough to keep you invested but not too much to give it all away. Looking forward to ep 2 next week.

I feel this was a strong first episode. I'm curious when exactly take place. It says present day but does that mean 2023 or post all other movies where I believe is set some where in 2025 or something.. I know the time line has always been a little wonky so what year isn't that important. Killing Hill (at least I assume she's dead) is an interesting choices but I feel works in the shows favor by adding weight to it instead of killing a new rando we killed an established character that we (well I'm assuming most) care about.

I've been wanting a Secret Invasion storyline for a very long time, so I have very high expectations for this, probably an unfair level of expectations. Based on the fact that a lot of the characters from the movies won't be involved in this, an unfair level they probably won't be able to meet. With the Secret Invasion storyline I wanted to be shocked and surprised by who turned out to be Skrulls but they don't seem to have enough characters from the movies in this show to do that. I thought they would probably reveal someone we've known for awhile is actually a Skrull, but theirs only so many people on the show to surprise us with, so I kind of figured that Agent Ross would be. However, I do wonder for how long, was he a Skrull in the Black Panther movies, because if he was, I feel like that might be a little disappointing, due to the connection and trust he build up with the Wakandan people. However, despite saying all that, the first episode seemed quite good and did a great job of introducing us to all the characters involved and actually managed to surprise me with the ending, I was not expecting that for Maria, man, that's sad.

I doubt there will be a 2nd season, given the nature of the story I think this is just a one & done like WandaVision, but I reserve the right to be wrong on this

2023-06-24 06:25:36 I thought this was a good start, slow build but it does build that mistrust. It does seem like Hill is dead which makes me sad as I really liked Cobie & her portrayal of the role. I think it was a tactical mistake by the rogue Skrull though (I forgot his name) not only does Fury have more motivation now but his already small circle of trust is now 1 person smaller which means one less person that the Skrulls could impersonate to deceive him

1. I think the intro is definitely created by A.I. like you said and I think that's pretty cool... I don't think it's terrifying at all ...That just sounds like doomsayer talk ...The creation of A.I. is a wonderous thing.. Not a thing to be scared of ...Anyone afraid of A.I. should go hide out in a bunker with the rest of the gullibe conspiracy pussies and religious doomsday nutjobs ...People like that are so pathetic to me ...Sorry most decidedly NOT. sorry 2. While I'm fairly certain they show Chernobyl on screen as the place where Emilia and the other guy are driving towards 3. Rude... They just killed Robin ...Barney better suit up 4. I didn't have much at all to note down for this as you can see... I wasn't really looking forward to it ..The only reason I got intrigued into watching it earlier than I planned to was cause you DM'ed me after the recording saying the intro was done by A.I. ...What can I say about the show? ...It's slow paced so far like all the other recent Marvel shows ...Feels like yet another cash grab ...But I'll watch it and hope it'll improve
