Yeah, not fond of them just offscreen killing off Caitlyn and throwing a new Snow sister at us out of nowhere. Joe suddenly wanting to leaven town seems out of character too. It's not like any of this is new to him.

So uhm... yeah. Caitlin's just fucking dead, what the shit. Team Flash just going partying after that reality set in is also just plain disrespectful, even if I like the scene per se. Seeing Pied Piper return was a nice surprise tho, I always enjoy his character. Pied Piper just destroying the machine that could've brought Caitlin back both elated me and also severely disappointed me. I felt elated cause I like it whenever people dunk on Chillblaine. I like the character but I like him getting dunked on just as much. The reason for my disappointment is fairly obvious, I think. Also this episode is the worst offender by far when it comes to unnecessary flashbacks, like holy shit. I did not enjoy this episode as much as the premiere. It's still alright but definitely not up to par with the previous one.

Yeah, if they wanted Khione they should have had her come out with caitlin so we can get both of them. Then have the season them getting to know each other and figuring out a way to bring frost back too so they can be a big family and get a happy ending in the finale.

I think that they glossed over Caitlyn's death because this new version of her (not saying her stupid name) still reminds them of the OG, kind of like when Frost was dead, Caitlyn was still there. IDK, I think it's a cop out and they definitely should take a beat and acknowledge the loss of such and important character. Maybe they still think they can bring her back somehow. But now, everyone is just accepting it and moving on? Nah, that is just not realistic, sorry. And yeah, I know we're talking about a superhero show but they also deal with real human emotions and reactions. This is not how any normal group of people would deal with losing someone that they knew and loved for 8 years.

I find it to be a really odd choice to kill off a character when keeping the actor around to play another part.. i know legends had it's reasons so I'm not going to complete fault them here.. it's basically comes across we do know what to do with character any more so fuck it lets kill her off.. sounds like a move Arrow would do if you ask me. Also I'm getting a little tired of Allegra and Chester. I tried not to hate on them but at this point they know it's the final season so stop giving them so much screen time.

Sadly allegra and chester are a part of the show so the final season would still be wrapping up their story as well i would think. They are definitely the weakest part of the show though. I just wish the writers could have made them likable so by this time we would actually care about them but since they are erics creation he likes to make them more in the focus and probably why allegra is always right.

Fair enough.. im pretty sure I don't hate them as much as some people.. it just seems there story is kind of boring and going nowhere and eating up what little time we have left. I'm not gonna cry about it.. im just a little disappointed.

Yeah i agree. They had plenty of time in season 7 and 8 to make them likable and good characters but they made them annoying and boring.

Don't want to be redundant but, yeah, just not believable that Kaitlynn dies and no one even tiniest bit sad. Not one tear. She was working Star labs BEFORE Barry was. She was team Flash before there was a Flash. No one going to call Sisko, let him know.

So they’re not just gonna mourn the loss of someone who’s been there for team flash, that love and care about them since day 1. Like we’re only 2 episodes in and I’m not liking this season so far like I hope it’s gets better and I also I think Caitlin is not dead and will come back later on

I think my reaction to fake Sara replacing Sara (She was fake. I don't care what any of you say) tells you exactly how I feel about Caitlin's death and replacement. Which is worse then the Sara one. This one is closer to Fred and Illyria. But since Angel is a much better show, people mourned Fred for the rest of the series.

2023-05-26 17:47:47 Okay so they killed off caltin I'm pissed off about a character that been there since day one it's just died and the characters are like okay let's party so no one especially Barry isn't going to mourn over her death and it's was disrespectful not to call Cisco to let him know you're friend for 8 years is dead and you don't care freaking mad about that So red death is the villain for the first half I guess which I think is going to be disappointing since I know in the comics red death is a combination of Bruce Wayne and Barry Allen but Barry never met Bruce so they have to pick a different character for red death but they can't pick Javicia or Ruby since Barry has no connection with Kate or never met Ryan so don't know which character they going to choose for Red death because Barry never met batman and batwoman makes no sense but let see what they will do Why do Chester and Allegra decision count like they don't know caltin only the decision that should matter is Barry's and Iris's no cares about these stupid people like bring Cisco back and killed off Chester and Allegra because I bet fans will be happy about that I hate Eric Wallace so much he created these characters but no one likes them because Allegra is always right which she not and Chester is a just a downgraded version of Cisco like Cisco was so much better and Allegra is a horrible character Ralph is never which sucks like there is nothing bringing me back just seeing how the show will end hopefully it good
