Leon going from being thrown out a window to actually being helpful was a lot of fun. I liked switching up the format of the case.

The machine obviously knew they were going to need Leon to help trace the money and that is why it gave them his number at the same time. As for Alistair this was a one off for him, implied you see him again but you don't, you don't even hear about him, I think they wanted to have him back but they already had Root and probably didn't need another bad guy/girl. On a more sadder note, Alistair was played by Julian Sands, he went missing in January 2023 when he went for a hike and hasn't been seen or heard from again as of typing this.
