i dont find the speedforce being her as weird. i actually like it bc its easy to know that its the speed force and its someone familiar that everybody knows. My advice is just to go with it.

Okay it's true that frost never killed anyone but there was attempted murder and a kidnapping and the speed force using barry mother as the guy form to speak with people still is weird to me

I agree hearing them say Fuerza is weird. I think part of the problem is that it sounds like an English-speaking person trying to speak Spanish.

It's strange that it comes off that way when Carlos (Cisco) says it too. Spanish is his first language. Maybe it was a choice made by him or the show runners to sound like the rest of the cast.

Did Cecille just murder someone and everyone was happy about it? Sure, he was the villain and all, but still. Maybe that lady that is looking for Killer Frost should be looking at the rest of this superhero team that kills people every once in a while.
