Good reaction. Basically the punchline of the joke is that the flea was passed from the woman to the man through oral sex.

It's kind of fitting that stand-up comedy was a theme of this episode, since Sandra Bernhard (Caroline Poop) began her career as a stand-up comic. And at the time that this episode aired in the late 1990's, she was probably the most well known openly bisexual actress on TV. Bernhard even played a bisexual character on the sitcom "Roseanne" from 1991-1997. As for Ally's joke, stop to think for a minute about how a flea might wind up in a man's mustache after being inside a woman's hoo-ha...it'll come to you!

I'm Ally. My first thought was 'but now the women is dead, how is that funny'. Those kind of jokes simply aren't for me.
