Mary (the doctor sister) doesn't want to tell the Crows a gangster attacked her in her illegal clinic, since that would result in them shutting it down

"You have our father's eyes" from Alice to Batwoman is straight from the comics. Different circumstances, but still, very cool callback. Jacob already knows that Dodgson with Alice (it's pronounced Dodge-Son, like a car, but it's spelled without an 'e'......it's wierd) During the Crows briffing in the beginning of the episode, Jacob mentioned that he's Wonderland Gang's second-in-command and his photo was prominently on the screen and Jacob called him a traitor. So Mary mentioning it to her dad, wouldn't really give him any new insight and Dodgson is not really hiding it, he's present with all the other members and doesn't wear a mask, so he could be easily identified, should Crows(or GCPD) capture any of Alice's minions and interrogate them)) I'm pretty sure that Dodgson smashing a door with an axe and Mary's screaming with very open mouth is a direct reference to The Shining. He didn't get to do "Here's Johnny!" because Batwoman caught him off) The Crows do say that surveillance narrows him to the Kubrick District. Probably named after Stanley Kubrick, who in fact directed The Shining))) Mary is precious, we must protect her, the thougth of her being killed here, just two episodes in, is a terrifying one(

Fun fact: the actress playing the young Kate also played the young version of Amara on Supernatural a few years before this.

The show wasn’t created to be an Arrow replacement but creating the show had a lot to do with Arrow ending. The creators and the CW wanted to keep 5 hours of Arrowverse programming.

This is not a spoiler. This is how I felt at this point. Mary and Alice are the best things about this show. Both are so engaging on the screen.

Yeah. Dodgson was outed in episode one when he kidnapped Sophie. There was a Crow in this episode that they showed in the house with the dead couple that looked pretty similar. That might have confused Shan into thinking that was Dodgson. The first time I saw this I had to do a double take at that scene because I thought it was a continuity error.

I know you're excited to get to Crisis, just as we are to see you get there. I personally wouldn't mind an Arrowverse binge week, just up until that point. I know it's a lot and it would likely mean having to pre-empt everything else a week but just throwing the idea out there.

Binging the Arrowverse means Arrow ends earlier. Lets extend that as long as possible.
