As a recovering addict (pain meds) I am not bothered by shows portraying people relapsing. Sadly, that is a major part of the recovery process and one is never cured. Addicts, even decades later, can just be one bad day away from relapsing because it is something you never truly beat.

Victoria really jumps in head first with her love interests. Emily's father, the painter, Pasquale. She seems to go to that blissed out "in love" space very quickly which is kind of interesting considering how cold her character generally is.

This gives such a fucked perspective on people recovering from alcoholism.. She's been sober for 25 years.. How come this death made her drink again? Such a drama cliché to use 19.
