Shan, Cyborg says in both versions that his self defense systems were taking over when he shot at Superman, you are correct the fight scene is also longer in this version. Also in the Whedon cut Bruce asks Alfred to bring in the big gun which of course is Lois Lane, but this one makes so much more sense. As for the relationship between Lois and Clark you have to remember that we only have Batman v Superman to really show what we need to know about their relationship, if you want more then this would have to be a 8 hour movie at least.

I like how they got rid of all the stupid dialogue from Zack's cut. Barry saying "Pet Sematary", Bruce with the "Bring out the big guns", Superman with the retort "Tell me, do you bleed?", Bruce with the "Yup, something's definitely bleeding". Also, the cheesy harkback to the original 1978 Superman with the music during the fight scene, That was all Whedon's doing. Glad it is gone. This fight scene was much more enjoyable.
