For information: In the book, "The Wizard of Oz," the slippers were silver. But in the 1939 movie, they were changed to red to show off the fact that the movie was in Technicolor, and red slippers showed that off so much better than silver slippers. The reason why they aren't red in Once Upon a Time is because the red slippers are actually under copyright by Warner Brothers, and thus Disney can only rely on the silver slippers of the original book.

Emma didn't have to do the breaths for Hook. "Hands-only" CPR is nearly as effective.

Depends on the issue. for cardiac issues, the problem is the heart not beating. So focusing just hands on would work (almost) as well. But for something such as drowning, breaths are necessary because the chest compressions are to keep blood flowing so tissues don't die, but breaths are necessary to push oxygen into the lungs which in turn helps push the water out of them. Doing just chest compressions would do not good because you'd still have lungs devoid of any oxygen.
