I'm not sure what that "very graphic" scene was that you mentioned that happened previously...but as far as this series goes there is very very little actual nudity, but lots of sexual scenes...most of which can be disturbing, kind of like this first rape scene (which we didn't actually see). So if you are worried about nudity...there is almost none.

Sometimes not everything in the trailer makes it into the final episode. Or, maybe the trailer had stuff from more than the 1st ep. I can't recall the initial trailer, so not sure what you are referring to either.
