This ending shocked me because Ben Urich plays a big part in a lot of Daredevil stories in the comics, but it help cement the fact that no one in the show is safe, tension for the finale, and made me despise Fisk

It's surprising that it took this long for you to hate Fisk. Maybe it's because I'm a Marvel comics guy but I hated Fisk from the first time I saw him especially after he painted himself the good guy I hate when villains do that.

Well tbf, they were clearly going the route of making him a villain because of circumstances and trying to say that he wasn't pure evil but he had "motivations." But yeah, this is the ep where they were saying whatever sympathy you were holding for him up until now, should be tossed out.

Yeah Ben Urich is also a Spider-Man character. His nephew became the green goblin and hobgoblin at one point. Both worked at the Daily Bugle.

So, you hate 3 dimensional antagonists that make you understand why they do what they do like Thanos who saw himself as the hero which made him the best antagonist of Marvel and instead prefer 1 dimensional antagonists who are evil just because? Weird taste man.
