Honestly I found it very hard to get interested in this spin-off, it's hard to feel invested or even like the majority of the cast, the acting was pretty poor as well. This show would have been better off not being made and incorporating them into the main show as maybe a side story. On the bright side we can get back into the main show again.

Hmm, im not going to say that i loved this spin-off but i did find it interesting. It’s just, when i’m watching, it doesn’t really FEEL like Once Upon a Time. this is my first time watching the whole spin-off, and i’m also kind of upset that they used Storybrooke but there was no interaction between Once Upon a Time main cast and Wonderland main cast. I truly believe that this spin-off is very unnecessary and i didn’t even know it existed until Once Upon a Time was well into season 6. When i watched the first few episodes for the first time, i was trying to give this spin-off a chance but i just wasn’t really interested. What’s the point of this story? what makes it interesting? I find Once Upon a Time interesting because they’ve incorporated fairy tales into the real world showing us that their legacy goes on. But what was Wonderland for? I think if they wanted to tell the Alice in Wonderland story, they should’ve done it in Once Upon a Time. We saw what they did with the Peter Pan story, they changed it up a bit, but we still had the same main cast with a few new faces. This spin-off was just new people, new realm, and is very confusing in my opinion. How is Alice in the insane asylum during the Victorian England period, but Will/The Knave, was in present time Storybrooke at the same time? Also, it feels very disconnected from Once Upon a Time, you’re telling me this spell to break the laws of magic exists and Rumple doesn’t know about it, or hasn’t even tried to attempt to break the laws of magic? He’s the bloody dark one! Surely, he would have found a way to get to Wonderland and steal the genies from Jafar, or am i wrong? lol I agree with you about the idea that Portal Jumping is so easy in the spin-off, how has Rumple not taking part of it?! How has he not figured out that there is a White Rabbit that will take you to any realm you wish? It doesn’t seem like Rumple, you know? Okay, that’s my ramble lol, i’m excited to get back into Once Upon a Time! :)

I think if the show wanted to do spinoff, they should have done it with already established characters. For example Phillip, Aurora and Mulan. Because these three characters where introduced in season two and left in the Enchanted Forest. And I feel a spinoff with these characters could be a little more compelling IMP. For example we could have Mulan and Aurora trying to return Phillips soul, and trying to rebuild the kingdom. I think this could have worked a little better than Wonderland. Plus it would have helped with the bad Green/Blue/Purple screens, because it would all be in the woods.

So I watched this show for the first time with your reactions. I kind of feel indifferent about this show. I definitely think that it would have been better to do a spinoff with established characters, like one that takes place in the Enchanted Forest in present day, or following any of the side characters introduced in Storybrooke.

The Red Queen stayed dead because Jaffa brought her back and they said everything HE did was undone, but Cyrus was brought back by his mom, not Jaffa. So he stayed alive.
