Mxy is the most powerful being we’ve seen so far in the entirety of the Arrowverse. He is so many levels of power above a mere Kryptonian that it’s really saying something for Kara that she was able to defeat him so easily. Some would argue that he let her win, I’m one of them, and that everything he did was just a test. It’s kind of what 5th dimensional imps do. Either way, I like how Mxy is portrayed in this episode, a roguish trickster, and not how he sometimes can be, a murderous psychopath. He’s just more fun this way. And for anyone who cares you should check out the video I have linked below. Although it deals with the comic version of the character, the video will give you a good idea of just how powerful of a foe Kara defeated. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gp6UDRfSEr8

I don't think she defeated him per se, she outsmarted him, she tricked him into going back to his 5th dimension. I don't it's possible to beat him and if they were to fight like seriously she wouldn't win, I mean he could just snap her out of existence if he wanted to he is basically a god.

Fun fact, the actress who plays Lyra played Daenerys Targaryen in the original pilot of Game Of Thrones, but the network didnt like her, so all Dany scenes were re shot and they recast the role with Emilia Clarke instead.

Well yeah, of course. I didn't mean that she killed him or something, just that he was no longer a threat. She prevented him from achieving his goals, she defeated him.

Yeah, I was also wondering for a moment why she was drinking Orange Juice but then I remembered that Mxyzptlk in the beginning of the episode said he couldn't make people kill themselves, make them fall in love or drink Orange Juice. So I realised it was just part of Supergirl rejecting Mxyzptlk in all the ways she could :)

Kara and Mon-El.are easily my favorite Artowverse couple by a lot. The fact that the actors dated and are now married just makes it better.
