How embarrassing is it for felicity that of all the codenames her dad couldve went with, he choose the calculator? I mean, at least it's better than calendar man but it's still a notch below cluemaster. But you know those guys that hang out at cell phone stores dressed up in the big mascot costumes? I thought it would've been hilarious if he had shown up in a texas instruments calculator plushy suit. That's how imtimidating his code name is

Really interesting observation you made about the flashbacks. I've been trying to understand why you dislike so many of them for so long and you now noting that you've not liked them since Shadow died actually explains a lot. Personally, I love the flashbacks - it gives some perspective on what Oliver's been through and how he's grown (or not) as a person.
