Not sure what the big deal about 1 year is to me. Seems pretty standard for TV relationships, not real life ofc. Real life it’s I love you after two dates but TV doesn’t play by real life rules and vice versa. The character arc seems to be pretty predictable and honestly not the biggest fan of how predictable it is. But I’m always here for characters and Olivia Rodrigo is one of my favorite rising Disney stars so I’m excited to continue to watch her grow in this. Yes I know I’m practically 20 but I sneak back onto Disney channel from time to time

Also I know you’re joking Shan on the ginger part, cause there is a thing with ginger comic book characters being race bent into Black characters but outside of comic television it’s really not that rare to find Ginger characters or even leading ginger actors

Ok maybe not after two dates. But definitely not a year. My point is I can see why Shan might be thrown off by them taking a year to say I love you but if we are playing by TV rules it’s not uncommon to take that long or have it complicate the relationship and get awkward because that is a common troupe in TV romance

Definitely not the type of show I normally watch, but an enjoyable ASR reaction nonetheless. Kinda thrown by Shan's request at the start though...who wants to live in a world where we can't tease her about her singing?
