Tenko might have the darkest origin in this show, possibly the saddest things are that Mon the dog was the only thing he didn’t hate and was his first victim, and that his mother finally was standing up to Kotaro before her death. I read somewhere that Kota, the boy Deku saved from Muscular, could’ve grown up to be like Tenko’s father because of his hatred of heroes and this society that reveres them.

Didn't expect such a dark twisted origin story for a villian least in this anime idk why I didn't just wow everything with Shimura's dad just leaving his own son outside cause he wanted to be a hero like his grandma and the dad resenting the grandma for dying is crazy. His own sister turned against him too wtf she was cruel and then him killing everyone unintentionally except for the dad I feel bad for Shimura. Really loving this villian arc
