I'm a little confused about what part you feel they're being cheap about. With them not pay 𝙀𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙝 𝙊𝙡𝙨𝙚𝙣 to pay a corpse? Like, that's not even a cameo, that's grunt level work for an actor on Law and Order. And if you give her lines, well now you have Elizabeth Olsen, pay probably what, a few hundred grand, minimum; so you best get the most out of her for that episode, but then people are going to be disappointed if she's not in any other episode.

I liked the "Oh, she's really, most sincerely dead." line, when "Agnes" asks the other cop if the person was really dead. The show seems to be leaning into the occasional Wizard of Oz reference.

Patrick - Excelsior

Not the first nudity in MCU. They showed Thor's butt in Love and Thunder. Butt, it is the first female backside shown in the MCU. I'm ok with them not showing Wanda in this. One, is leaves the question, is it Wanda's body, are they hiding the identity for a reason? Even once we know, leaving her faceless demonstrates Agnes's/Agatha's lack of information about what is really going on. The only time it would be appropriate to show Wanda's face is once Agatha remembers everything and at that point it no longer needed, maybe even gratuitous. I liked this episode, its similar to what happened in Wandavision in it being like an episode of a TV show, the neighbor says she was acting all "true crime" and the the episode was giving the TV show 'True Detective' vibes. I wonder if they will continue this theme in more other attacks by witches imitating looking like hit TV shows. Will we see Mad Women, Breaking Evil, Cobra Killers, or Game of Crones.
