I really liked the conversation that Johnny had with Miguel when he opened up to him about Robby. I also really liked that moment with Amanda and Robby, I don't think he's used to having a mom stick up for him like that, which is sad when you think about it. I don' think it was great of Sam to publicly accuse Tory of stealing or trying to grab her bag, without really knowing if she's actually guilty, however, Tory didn't make the best first impression with Sam, stealing vodka and making jokes about how easy it would be to steal other things, than making fun of Sam for not liking the idea of stealing, I feel like that might make it easy to jump to conclusions about someone, when things then start to get stolen. Demetri, I do mostly...kind of like him, sort of, he has some lines I think are very funny and he does appear to have been a very good friend to Eli before he became Hawk. However, he also doesn't know when to stop talking and that can be very, very annoying. I honestly have wondered for a long time why he just won't stop talking and seems oblivious to what other people think about it, I don't know if it's extreme anxiety, his defense mechanism because he's been bullied so much or if maybe he's on the spectrum but whatever the case is, that was still no excuse for a fully grown adult man to nearly break or actually break the nose of a minor. It was interesting to see a more sympathetic side of Kreese in this episode, learning that he was homeless, that he didn't really know what to with his life, since he couldn't reenlist, because he's not mentally fit, but I still don't trust him, especially after his lesson at the end of the episode.

I love Demetri. He has a lot of funny lines, but he is also very geeky, and I tend to like the geeky characters in TV shows. And i think the comment above was right, him talking a lot feels like an anxiety tactic or defense mechanism for getting bullied so much. Really sad if you think about it. These couple of episodes were really good. There's not much to say, but I love this show. They have a way of adding depth to this series that the movies never did. There isn't really good and evil; it's all mostly grey, and I like that. The show's main theme is second chances, which I think is really cool. Kreese getting a little more backstory was great. They could have easily made him one-dimensional like in the movies, but they dug a lot deeper and made him feel more real, making his character much more complex and complicated. I like the new character Tory already, but that's mostly because I know the actress, lol. I'm a big Sam and Miguel shipper, so I'm begging for some crumbs with them. Please make up, lol.
