Young Boba Fett is voiced by Daniel Logan who played him in the live action movie Episode II - Attack of the Clones. He actually is indeed New Zealander, but has spent a lot of time in America, which may account for you feeling that he may have lost his accent. He has since become a U.S. citizen. You also felt that Boba Fett and the other kid clones didn't sound like kids. Daniel Logan was in his early 20s at this time. But hey, they got the actual guy who played young Boba in the movie to come back, which fans got a kick out of.
