So... if Tony hasn't already updated you on this... here's a little non-spoiler update on the new Stargate series.... There WILL be a new TV series, and it's planned to go into pre-production this summer for a release in either summer 2025 or fall 2025. Originally there was also going to be a new movie which would have come out first, but shortly after starting production on the movie they cancelled the movie. But the TV show is still on. And, it's been confirmed that it will NOT be a reboot...so, like pretty much ALL the fans wanted, it's going to be a revival...or a continuation! Apparently MGM+/Amazon are still intending for this new Stargate to be one of their "Crown Jewels" on their streaming services! I've also heard that they fully intend to respect the lore that has been set out already from these 3 shows (SG-1, Atlantis and SGU). We can only hope that they stick to that and respect the lore and write good stories!

I'm aware of this information, I'm assuming your source is or has their info come from Sci-Trek. I'm cautiously optimistic about the news myself. While they might be right and I'm not saying they aren't, I've seen them bring up this kind of news before and although I very much want to believe it's true, I won't believe it fully until an official announcement is made. (Fingers crossed for perhaps during Comic-Con this year?)

And some douchenozzle on YouTube tried to spoil you on her return ....Luckily thanks to a watchful Patron/Discord member (Blocker) I was notified of this while I was ALMOST. sleeping and I promptly deleted that shit ......With idiots like that in the comments and the ever looming threat of you getting spoiled by thumbnails .....I'm quite fucking stressed cause that has the potential to ruin all the effort I put into keeping you safe ...And if there's something I REEEEAAALLY. don't like ...It's having my time be wasted ....But luckily everything turned out fine... This time 4. Oh.... Beeteedubs ...We spoke about this after and you assumed she was wearing some sort of padding or whatever .....Nope ...Claudia Black was 7 months pregnant by the time of shooting this episode ....Well.... I mean... Maaaaaaaaybe they added something extra to her outfit to really sell the fact that she was pregnant ....But it wasn't just pretend ...The actress was ACTUALLY. expecting her first son (who'm she named Odin just in case you were curious) 5. It's barely audible but there's some shots where you can see both Claudia and Michael speak at the same time and it's a small attention to detail but Michael is actually trying to speak in the same accent as Claudia ....Good job mah dude ...It's one of those rare occasions where in a TV show / Movie ...The actors actually put in the effort to sound like the person they "swapped bodies with" 6. Vala: "Between my arrival in the Ori galaxy and my wedding night which is definitely after I knew for sure there is no way humanly possible that I know of that I could've gotten pregnant" ....You: "Unless it's a miracle baby" .....Yeah... Sure... "Miracle" ....Let's just call it what it is... Sexual assault ...But hey ...If we're bringing former examples into this ...This is technically the 2nd "miracle baby" that humankind knows of that came about due to a god getting a human pregnant .......And let's not bring mythology into this ...Cause then we'd have to talk about Zeus ...He definitely did a whole lot worse 7. Yeah... Neither Darth Vader NOR. Arthur would be the first story I'd be thinking of when it comes to a person getting pregnant without none of the necessary bits ....Buuutttt.. Perhaps they didn't want to bring actual religion into it cause who knows it might rub someone the wrong way ...Or lead to some anti-religious notes 8. Yeah Froots.... It WOULD. be a miracle if a guy would be pregnant ...You fucking Froot Loop ...The blonde is definitely starting to seep through again .....Also I don't think a GUY. would be so happy about being pregnant... We're not exactly equipped to bring a baby to term ....I mean... Tomin is a religious nutjob ....So maybe HE. would be happy to do it.. As he'd consider it to be a blessing or whatever ...But still 9. Carter: "We've learned a few things about The Ori that their followers might be interested to know" ....Vala: "It doesn't matter what the truth is about The Ori ..The people won't hear it no matter what you say ... Millions who wouldn't know the truth if it were standing right in front of them ...It's all lies and propaganda as far as they're concerned ..We're wrong ..They're right ...They're good ..We're bad ...We must worship The Ori or die and they will fight until we are dead or they are.. Period." .......And there's the ugly truth about religion ...This whole Ori arc does a very good job at bringing it to light ....Religion in my opinion has always been one of the worst things about this world and this whole Ori storyline is THE. example of what it does to people 10. True... The fact that Vala didn't even do shit.. Is eating for 2 and got put out there for 3 days without food and water is really fucked up ....The only thing she did was ask the girl if she knew The Ori to ever grant a woman with a child and THIS. is what they did to her for it?? ....Ofcourse in the end we find out it was all a test by Smallville's Lois Lane's Dad to see if Vala could be trusted ....But still ...It's messed up ...Especially if they knew she was pregnant 11. Ok I just went into a bit of a deep dive while pausing the scene to figure out if the VFX of The Ori on the ceiling above Vala's bed was done by the same people who did the Mary Winchester death scene .........IF. only I had watched the actual Supernatural scene before doing all that work ....They look SOMEWHAT. similar I suppose but not really ....And I couldn't find a connection between the 2 .....But yeah you're right it was a bit reminiscent of that scene from the Supernatural pilot 12. Interesting how The Ori need their followers to build ships .....Since they're "gods" ....Couldn't they just will these ships into existence? ..THINK. PEOPLE!! Why would your all-powerful gods need YOU. to build ships for them??? ...Make it make sense! 13. Sooooo... Instead of giving the stargate back to the Russians ...We gave them a Daedalus class ship ....Apparently we can just dish them out whenever now ....We're really building up our little Earth Fleet ....Will it be enough though?
