I liked the live action’s take on Zuko’s past, but I wish you were able to see The Storm first. It’s one of my favorite episodes of the series. It’s crazy that it came immediately after The Great Divide, which is *not* a fan favorite. BTW we haven’t seen Fire Lord Ozai’s face in the animated series, but we finally hear him speak. He’s voiced by Mark Hamill. Daniel Dae Kim has done a good job in the live action as Ozai, but it makes me laugh because it makes me remember him when he was Gavin in Angel

The Great Divide is universally accepted as the worst episode of avatar so thankfully you made it past the only bad in the show! It only goes up from here! The storm is a very well done episode. There are a couple differences between the live action and the original. In the live action aang just went out to clear his head but in the original he actually ran away which i think makes it more impactful. But there is one thing i think the live action did better, the crew on zukos ship is the same crew he saved but in the original it wasnt. I do agree with the comment above and wish you could have seen this episode first since i think its better but im still glad you enjoyed the episode even if you know mostly what happened. You will be going in completely blind in season 2 though!
