Rotty Licking Flipnote (Patreon)

Just an idea I had of Rottytops using one of her abilities on a peculiar way.

I'll try to animate this with colors and all, but it might take a bit. 

Last time I felt I missed some frames to make it smoother, even though it was twice the amount I used on the flipnote, but I'm not sure yet how many I need to draw to get that result.
