To keep it brief, apparently patreon is going to run some changes in May (If the backlash still allows them) where any creator on patreon after that period is going to pay 8% (Compared to the current 5%) to have the same features that currently everyone has right now.

If you want more details you can check this tweet here: Link

After the announcement of these changes and since I was already considering the possibility of changing some stuff myself, I decided to separate both NSFW and SFW content on patreon.

This is the page that is going to be dedicated to NSFW, pin-ups and everything sexy, as we've basically been doing for a while, and I created a second page before the changes start which is basically just a tip jar patreon at the moment, mainly because I don't want to give away the address of "Linkerluis" and I want to keep the "Founder" status by opening the page before May.

From now, until I decide to make another change, I'll keep my SFW content open, and it will be directly posted to all social media under the "Linkerluis" accounts when I feel it's ready to be shared... because from my experience I know you're not super thrilled for my next Yoshi fan art XD

Here's what we have right now:

  • $1 tier  WIPs, sketches, and soft NSFW content (Pin-ups and non-explicit sexually suggestive content)
  • $5 tier WIPs, sketches, pin-ups, soft NSFW and all explicit content.

And as much as I pondered about this, I'll also be removing any tier above $10 by next month, so I'll leave every artwork reward as direct commissions instead.

Not much will change really, I'm just drawing a clear line of what I'll be sharing here.

  • If it has to do with pretty girls from videogames and other media, or anything sexually suggestive and explicit it's going here first.
  • If the artwork is something else I had in mind, let it be "a Pikachu wearing a top hat" I think I'll be best to keep it everywhere else, basically leaving it as a personal hobby.

Let me know if you have something against the changes :)

Sounds understandable and I'm alright with this. Although, you should probably add some sort of list for your commission prices on your social media to make it more accecible and to make it clear that you do infact take commissions.
