Part of a project I did for the Glitter organization in my country.
I was given the task to work on their mascot and final design for the event they are having early this year, here's the first stage, where I was told the mascot should be a frog.
I was given feedback that it was "too human-like" so I had to tone down the human features.

Decided to give 3 different options in which I decided to pick different outfits and heads, trying to extent the amount of options we could get, still was undecisive for the general team.
