Hey cuties! The new modern dorms I created is yours! I needed a cute dorm building for my new college series, Jaci 101, Its coming to my YouTube channel very soon! I wanted something cute, semi-realistic, and functional! I've tested this build and its perfect! If you want to watch the speed build of the dorms, check out the video right hurrr! VIDEO 

The Dorn can fit up to 10 sims! There are single and double rooms! Vending machine, ping pong tables, studying area, mini fridges and microwaves, and more!!!

About this Build

This build was built on the raised lots available in Britechester on the Foxbury side of campus. For them to function as intended, you will need The Sims 4 Discover University. You will have to mark them as University Dorms and change the affiliation to Foxbury Students Only for them to function properly. I did this before saving but it can change so please double check before enrolling sims into University! 

Please note, when you place the lot, you may recieve a message saying items have been replaced or deleted. That is due to the chair update or other mods like wonderfulwhims or Basemental.

How to Install

• Download the .ZIP file
• Locate your Sims 4 folder i.e  Documents>Electronics Arts>The Sims4
• Open the "CC" and "Mods" folder in the .ZIP file and add the cc to your mods folder
• Open the "Tray Files" in the .ZIP file and add the files to your tray folder

And that's it! When you open your game, go to the gallery and you should see the build in your library.

BUT DEE GURLL, I don't see it! Make sure you select "show custom content" on the left panel of the gallery and you should see it!
