Hello cuties! Today I bring to you two Brownstone Townhouses! Its basically 2 Builds! I am working on a video soon to show you guys how to have functional townhouses in the sims 4 using platforms! Similar to apartments in the sims 3! Say you wanted the townhouse feel but didn't want another household on the same lot, Feel the other townhouse with platforms so when you play, the other house is blacked out. I'll make a video to explain soon lol! This is apart of my mini save file in Magnolia Promenade (The world from The Sims 4 Get To Work. There are only 4 lots in that world!) we only have 1 more lot left! These two townhouses, Nu Boo Baby store - you can find that here - and one more lot to go! a 40x30 lot. What should we build next???

There are two lots! You can pick one or the other or BOFFUM!!!

About the Build

These two lots are 20x20 in Magnolia Promenade but you can place them anywhere! Please note, when you place the lot, you may recieve a message saying items have been replaced or deleted. That is due to the chair update or other mods like wonderfulwhims or Basemental.

How to Install

Download the .ZIP file
Locate your Sims 4 folder i.e Documents>Electronics Arts>The Sims4
Open the "CC" and "Mods" folder in the .ZIP file and add the cc to your mods folder
Open the "Tray Files" in the .ZIP file and add the files to your tray folder

And that's it! When you open your game, go to the gallery and you should see the build in your library.
