Karmella's Starter Apartment // KARMA (Patreon)

Hey Y'all, I'm BACK!!! We're finally moved in and my setup is back in action! I've missed being on my computer so much! I miss recording! I miss building! I miss streaming but fr fr, I missed y'all! With all that being said, Here is Karmella's first apartment build!

Karmella's starter apartment is one of my favorite apartments I ever DEEcorated! It was small and everything is right there! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

About the Build

Of course with this being an apartment, you will need The Sims 4 City Living. You may be able to use it as a room build as well if you don't have the pack. City Living is one of my favorite pack! I highly recommend getting that pack! As of 6/25/21, The Sims 4 City Living is on sale on steam for the summer sale! The steam sale is over 7/18/21

This apartment is in the Fashion District (check the photo below)

1312 21 Chic Street Apartment It is listed as a room. You will need to add in walls where the doors are placed and that's it!

How to Install

• Download the .ZIP file
• Locate your Sims 4 folder i.e  Documents>Electronics Arts>Sims4
• Open the "mods" folder in the .ZIP file and add the cc to your mods folder
• Open the "Tray Files" in the .ZIP file and add the files to your tray folder

And that's it! When you open your game, go to the gallery and you should see the build in your library.

BUT DEE GURLL, I don't see it! Make sure you select "show custom content" on the left panel of the gallery and you should see it!
