I got into animation for the fun of it but it was a voreville contest that really got my name out there into the community. I'd like to do something similar now. 

Super simple, here's how to play - These three frames are the keys for Ayla's "injured" death animation. It'll be triggered after she reaches a critical low HP but isn't facing off against any of the game's enemies that can eat her, like taking damage from the raptor or a poison dart, etc. YOU fill in the breakdowns and in-betweens to complete the animation.

Here is the animation prompt: Ayla drops to her knees, letting go of her spear as she falls, and then collapses. 

I've included suggested timing on the frames (starting from 1, knees by 27, collapsed by 69) to help get you started.

Criteria: I'll be looking for the 12 principles of animation to be used throughout, especially those listed in bold.

The finished frames don't need to be any more polished than what I have in the keys. All that pretty work can come later, I'm going to be focused on your animation itself more than the drawing details. That said, solid drawing is still critical. The finished animation must be 24fps and can be drawn on twos or ones, or a mix of both (my personal preference). 

Any program can be used. Final frames should match this same ratio and be exportable into image files. 3D applicants also welcome but 2D is preferred and will give you an edge up in this contest. 

I'll post the top submissions after the contest ends, along with my own final animation. If you really impress me, I might be interested in hiring as assistant animator for some gigs. 

The deadline for submissions is Nov 1.
