Update - June 2021 (Patreon)

Hey all!

First things first, the final story and audiobook for last month are coming. I'm annoyed I couldn't get them finished by the end of May, but given the last week was close to me being two stories behind I'm just glad I was hit by enough inspiration to get the first finished.

The audiobook will be one of the stories rather than the ASMR piece. That's still going to happen, but it will be in addition to it, for the simple reason that right now it's impossible to get the right environment to record something like it. That's on me, I underestimated the level of sound control I'd need to get something close to effective, but I have no intention of giving $10 patrons nothing.

The last two weeks of May saw a pick up in work at my full-time job, as well as a return to the office building. This had a bigger impact on my ability to work at home than I thought it would. As a result depressive thoughts set in a little and I was struggling for long periods. Rather than having a consistent ability to get something down on the page, I was writers blocked. I need to resolve this, and will, but I do wish my creativity was not so badly affected by changes in routine.

I'm going to try damn hard to get back on track again. I managed it in April, so I know I can do so.

Next Monday (the 7th) is when Long Day at the Daycare goes public. I'm hoping that will allow for some more interest in the page and help give me some more growth here.

As always though, I'm eternally grateful for the support you've all provided over the last year. Many of you have supported me since the beginning or come in and out since the start, and I owe you all so much.
