Marnie and M in Catwoman inspired alt cosplay looks...because it was on my desktop, and ready to go. Will edit new pics later, and have them up tonight or tomorrow. Zip here:   https://we.tl/xj5f4Eawto

My Oscar pool ballot was Suicide Squad scribbled in crayon over every category, except best director, where i had to go with Mel Gibson.

In the past you (Veidt) gave us your favorite films of 2015. Would you be kind enough to provide us with a list for 2016. Thanks in advance, you wonderful artist extraordinaire. :)

whoah, thank you sir...Neon Demon and Suicide Squad were very much my favorites, followed by Deadpool/Midnight Special/The Nice Guys/Doctor Strange/Arrival/Hush/Angry Birds Movie/Hail, Caeser. (But asterisks on everything after Midnight Special, because, if you lose the arbitrary division of content based on delivery platform, almost all of those would get knocked off by teevee stuff like Westworld, Candle Cove, 12 Monkeys, Stranger Things, etc)

Love this set, they both look amazing.

Wonderful set, as usual. You've done something I'm having trouble describing with this Marnie set. You've managed to capture a slightly different side of her. The sexy, fun, beautiful Marnie we all know and love is still there, but many of the shots in this set also reveal a softer, more sensual side to Marnie that we don't usually get to see. And I don't think it's just the gauzy sheer outfit. It's in her expressions, as well. It's difficult for me to describe, I hope I'm making at least a little bit of sense.

I continue to posit that Fury Road would have been a perfect movie with Blood Father Mel Gibson. Like, Best Picture of All Time material. I have yet to see Hacksaw Ridge, but that's mostly because I don't like openly sobbing in a public theater. Am I being a jerk for thinking Moonlight was a cynical math equation rather than a movie? Anyone actually bother watching it? Not that La La Land was any less mathematical- every two years or so we get exactly ONE musical, which has some kind of hook ('they all sang their own songs on set! They're doing adaptations of modern songs! It's a 1940's style classic Hollywood affair with atypical lighting and the leads both have disturbing eyeballs,' etc.) and predictably takes the Academy Awards buzz machine by storm, makes plus-or-minus a hundred million clams, then is generally forgotten about until it's time for the next one. The photoset, as always, was a delight. Nice to see some experimentation with the Catwoman outfits. M and Marnie, A-plus work.
