In A New Dawn everything is written in third person perspective (He/She). I started writing some scenes for the sci-fi game and wrote them in second person perspective (You). Famous games use second person, Baldurs gate and divinity original sin.

Would you rather play in second or third person in the upcoming sci-fi game?

"That is it can be with different people so we can what the thinknof the PC." Could you rephrase that? I don't understand what you mean.

I think second person can be a little tricky so I voted for third person, but I do agree that second person can be fun when it works. I think the tricky bits are cases where the main character has thoughts and inclinations that are very different from the player. I think accommodating that difference in writing can be tricky. However, if the second person mostly describes actions and sensations without talking about thoughts and motivations, then the dissonance is less. So, I think second person can be done, I just think it’s more difficult and you have to ask yourself whether you want to take on that extra challenge.

I understand what you mean. On the other hand third person give weaker connection to the protagonists. I want to believe that the player gets more empathy if it's in second person. So even if the player doesn't agree with a thought or a motivation they'll might understand it better having more empathy and maybe it could solve some of the issues.
