So I managed to pick up a very good sprite tool which allow you to control more colors while also making the character taller.

With this tool I can create characters with different height skin colors and much more which is perfect for creating sprites for various species!

I've seen some games with taller character and some with much taller and I'm divided with what I think of the aesthetics. As long as the proportions of the map isn't off with the character it looks great but if the proportions are off it looks very awkward and weird. So far on my maps it looks great in my opinion.

What is your opinion?

(The hair looks weird with the white background but it looks completely different in the editor and in the game!)

A lot of times I prefer smaller sprites, but your tall ones look amazing and I‘d love to see them in the game.

Same here, they are also easier to make but I really like these taller character sprites and they where very simple to make. It will give the game some diversity from other games I think.

Could you also please make a nude spites for comparison (if the spite ever is nude)? if not, then i would choose the taller one... :-)

Oh yea it is already in the making! But I'm not making the short one nude. Because everyone seem to like the taller and I'm also starting to like the taller better.
