Χαίρετε, φιλέλληνες τε καὶ χελωνόφιλοι! 🐢

Many have requested the theme song of Ancient Greek in Action, so I provide it privately now to you my Patreon supporters. This song called "Best of Both Worlds" is by Zac Nelson, and I acquired the rights to use it in my videos through the same company which provides me many of my video clips.

The song is not open source, meaning it ought not to be used or distributed by others who have not attained the rights of use. Since it is such a catchy tune, of course, it's perfectly acceptable to enjoy listening to it on your personal devices. I often listen to this bubbly μέλος when I'm writing the scripts for the videos for the inspiration of creating happy learning experiences for those who use the Ancient Greek in Action series.

One particularly indelible image I see again and again is that of two cratoon turtles dancing together in a disco hall. If I ever find a qualified animator I'll make that imagination a reality.

I find this theme goes especially well with the turtle, the mascot of the series, for the χελώνη is slow, but steady, and rejoices in its progress over the ground or through the water: a symbol for us to follow as we dip our toes into the great sea of Ancient Greek language and literature.

My unending thanks to each and every one of you! Χάριτάς ὑ̄μῖν οἶδα! 🐢
