From the book Vīta Nostra: Subsidia ad Colloquia Latīna by Stephen A. Berard.

These audios use a style similar to my recordings of the expressions in Dē Variīs Latīnīs Colloquendī Fōrmulīs, where I read the English term first (which is useful if English is more familiar to you than Latin) so that you can picture the item immediately, then try to guess the Latin term before hearing it. In the recordings, I leave sufficient time after each English word to guess the Latin, and enough time to repeat the Latin term after hearing it. I use these recordings for myself while I commute to work, and I have found this method, although simple, to be very effective in familiarizing myself with a wide range of very useful vocabulary.
