Update to Patreon (Patreon)

I finally got to updating my prices and changing what each category of a commission goes in. Given that, this does affect the monthly sketches a bit. The price for the current commission tiers will stay the same but will be using the colored sketch tier commission (as shown in the attachment).
There won't be too much of a difference from this, just wanted to notify the patrons.

Now the second part is that I'm changing the milestones for the patron. instead of the monthly amount, it'll be set to a number of patrons. The amount of monthly exclusive sketches won't change, however.
