I modified the tiers (Patreon)

There's no sketch suggestion box anymore, rather, it wasn't being used anyways.

+Tier 1 Oracle can vote in polls now.

+Tier 1 Oracle has early access to animations too.

+Tier 3 Doomsayer will no longer have priority on commissions.

+Tier 3 Doomsayer will have process timelapses

+Tier 3 Doomsayer can vote again in an additional identical poll.
