Dami has mentioned publicly that she doesn't drink alcohol. She just had water the whole time. Even in JiU's foodie miniseries when Dami was given a shot she just sniffed it then sat it in front of her.

This episode is so great. I think your analysis of their drinking is pretty spot on except Dami rarely drinks as she doesn’t like alcohol. During Bon Voyage promotions Gahyeon let slip in a radio interview that Sua kisses them all when she’s drunk 🤣 which wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest. Yooh’s a lightweight, Jiu loves beer and wine, Gahyeon likes beer and I think can hold her liquor decently, Dongie likes champagne. They’d be so fun to have a drink with (Mamamoo too) 😆
