We wanted to let you know about an issue with a credit card processor this month, who mistakenly double charged some of our garmy members. It is being rectified as we speak! Just a heads up that you will see a credit applied shortly. Read Patreon's announcement below, for details:
"Starting today, the payment partner will be reversing all duplicated transactions automatically and initiating refunds to impacted users. This may take a few days to process.
This will not impact creators' earnings and patrons will continue to have access to all the content from creators they support. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
If you do not see a refund by Monday, October 10, please reply directly to this email."
